I received excellent and friendly service on a service done recently under warranty. The serviceman fixed and updated the installation according to new guidelines which began after my original installation - all at no charge. I had a broken cable on one of my doors that Precision had previously converted from a side spring operation. The cable broke, and you sent a technician out on Sunday to repair the door. He replaced the cable and told me that there was no charge, since the cable was covered under the warranty. We have converted all of the doors and could not be happier with the service. A great product with great technicians.

We had Jared Ange out for a tuneup of door, checked/lubed opener, replaced bottom gasket of door. Very professional and courteous. Only issue.., after service, the opener was rattling louder than when we started!. After further review of opener, I found a screw missing from the cover. I've remedied the rattling! Attention to detail suggested. Thank you

I felt like the technician was very friendly. He did a good job with the install. I am not thoroughly convinced he knew how to diagnose my problem and maybe we went overboard in the "fix". It was definitely very pricey $555. My problem was that my garage door would intermittently not lift. I also felt my initial wiring was too fragile so I asked him to replace the eyes.
