I loved the fact that I knew who my technician was going to be before he showed up. Aaron was professional and didn't mind me being in the garage while he was doing the work. He ran into a couple of snags that he worked through (due to the way my previous opener was installed) and made sure that everything was working to my satisfaction before he left. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would recommend Precision if you need a repair/new opener.

I don't offer comments like this unless I feel the company earned it...and Precision absolutely earned it. After a bad experience with one of Precision's competitors I contacted them to fix the issue from the first company and also install a new opener. They were excellent to work with. The technician showed up on time, fully explained the work he was going to do, gave me the price which included the service fee, taxes, etc. so I knew exactly what I was paying...and he even corrected the work from a previous company at no additional cost. If you need any service on your Garage door don't waste your time with anyone else.

The price was a little high but you pay for good quality,plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty. Brian was my technician who was very professional,knowledgeable,nice and explained what he was going to replace and what all he was going to do to both doors. I would use Precision Door again and I would ask for Brian again. I do like knowing and seeing a name and picture of my technician. I will refer Precision to my friends.

Aaron came out and installed new springs, cables, pulleys, roller and nylon bushings. He also fixed our doors from scraping the opener bar. Recently my garage door would not open and I called Precision and was told a technician would come to my house the next day. Lawrence Palmer, the technician called first to let me know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled. My old door opener had to be replaced and Lawrence was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. After the installation Lawrence programmed the remotes and cleaned up the garage and took the old parts with him. So far my new opener is very quiet and works great. I am a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Precision if anyone has a garage door problem.

Well, the reason I called was an emergency. My door rollers had fallen out on one side.{3}. I and a friend could not get it fixed. Your office is in Pegram so I thought the closer the better. Jared, got here and explained the charges to repair. I am not in a position to pay the 300.00 fee. So he listened to me rant and rave and was VERY understanding. I was thankful that he was very professional. He also called in and explained my situation and I was so relieved that that y'all reduced the cost where I could afford the repairs .I also appreciate you taking a check.I WILL RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR. Jared also explained future items i will need to keep my door in good condition. I will call to have that work done. In this day and time people just don't have allot of money for emergency's.
