Hello, my name is Kendrick, I lived in Clarksville for 15 years and recently moved back with my fiancé and our three dogs, husky, goldendoodle, and springer spaniel. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my fiancé by taking our pups to the park and on many adventures like hiking and kayaking. After some scheduling and communication mix ups we ended up going with Precision Door ..Kendrick showed up and did a fantastic job replacing 2 springs..Super friendly and personable. Great attitude and clearly committed to customer service..A few traits that the trades seem to lack these days.. With that being said, whoever Kendrick's boss is, should applaud him and possibly even give that guy a bonus or something..Well earned & EXACTLY the type of guy you need representing your company! Needed broken door repaired or replaced on a Saturday. Called 3 companies, all advertised Saturday service but Precision Door was the only one who was able to come that day. My car was “trapped” inside with door partially open. Kendrick Travis arrived around 2 pm, immediately got to work freeing my car and making sure the door was lowered securing the garage. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions while continuing to work on the door. After finishing that phase, he gave me a repair estimate then, after I asked, he gave me the replacement quote. He was professional but friendly throughout, never hesitating to answer questions and thereby gaining my confidence in his work and in your company. Thank you for sending Kendrick to my rescue!

Exceeded expectations! My spring broke in the afternoon, and they were available to come first thing the next morning. They were prompt, had all the tools/parts to repair it immediately, and left it even better than before. Our technician, Kendrick, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Lastly, I really appreciated the email with our tech’s profile (his “about me”) - I knew exactly who was coming and it certainly made me feel more comfortable and our tech more personable! 10/10!

Just wanted to let you know that Kendrick Travis exceeded my expectations when he came out last week to address the issues with the garage doors. He is a real "standup guy" who is courteous, professional and easy to get along with. He thoroughly explained all of the required work to be performed and then proceeded to complete the repairs on both doors in just under two hours. What really impressed me as well is that I had called to make an appointment on Friday, 12/15/23, expecting to be told that a technician would not be available until the following week. To my amazement, Kendrick called to say he would be at my son's place a bit after 10 am. I had previous experience with Precision Door Service back in March, 2020 at my own home. That was the driver to call your team back to provide such excellent service at my son's home. Thanks for a job well done!

Precision Garage Doors has, by far, been the best company I have ever worked with regarding any sort of repairs that I have had done in my home. They have been super responsive each time, showing up sooner and quicker than I ever expected. The technicians each time we've put in a service call have been very knowledgeable and very friendly, and they have resolved the issue each time and I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of as far as the price or the work being done. I just wish I felt this way about the other companies I have worked with when I've had other repairs on my home. I was experiencing a bit of a problem with my garage doors making a lot of noise while opening and closing. Call Precision Door Service (they originally installed new equipment for me early this year) and Kendrick came out and took care of my problem (easy fix). He also showed me my cameras on my LiftMaster that I did not know (or forgot) I had. Now I have smooth running doors to open and close and I can do this from my phone. Kendrick took his time explaining how to use this app. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The company as a whole is awesome. Wonderful service and great technicians. I highly recommend Precision Doors with any issues you have or simply need new garage doors.

I called this morning for an appointment for an issue with our keypad. I was very surprised and pleased that I was able to be seen today. Kendrick, the technician listened to all the issues, did diagnostic testing, and advised the best way to correct the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results. It was not our first time to use Precision for garage door issues. We will definitely call them in the future if we have issues.
