Prompt excellent service. Turns out there was no antenna wire, but that is odd since the unit holding the wire was installed as new on the previous visit. Admittedly we have had this problem since that unit was installed, but why was it installed without the wire? Also the report I just received said that the door was off the track, and it was not. Finally, I think there should be an easy way to release the door when the power to the house goes out and you need to get out of the garage; that was the reason for the call in the first place. If the power goes out again, and the car is in the garage at that time, we will be in the same boat.

Our technician (Robert B.) was great. He was both personable and businesslike (a rare combination!). Within a minute after parking his van, he told me what was wrong with our door.
