We got a flag hung in the garage door which knocked it off track & was hanging dangerously. I called another company & it was going to be a week before they could come. My aunt suggested Precision as she had used them before & was very pleased. I called & they sent someone the next day. Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! New spring was installed in less than an hour! We will always use Precision for our garage door needs! Thank you!

Finished quickly. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing. I wanted to see information on a new garage door. He had it with him, showed it to me. He was not high pressure. We have a new build in West Nashville. Our motherboard from our previous builder (Horrman) completely went out. Precision was able to get a person out to assess it within 24hrs of calling and although they could not fix the problem, replaced my motherboard with a new system within 2 hours. Would recommend. 10/10 service and professionalism.
