My spring on my garage door broke last month. I called precision doors to give me an estimate they were very reasonable . I had my door repaired by them. Discovered the broken spring on our garage door around 11;00 this morning. Googled and found Precision Garage Door service, called and by 3:00 the door spring was replaced. We also chose to have some other parts that were worn replaced. Now the door opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before. Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.
