Precision Garage Door of Nashville are a great and reliable company. My garage door came off track and got jammed up. I called Precision Garage Door and they said they could have someone out that day and they said that the technician would called to say when he was on the way. An hour goes by and Josh (Technician) called said he could be over in 30 minutes. Which was GREAT! He arrived and saw my door. It only took about 20-30 minutes to fix the problem. Service man returned to replace old opener after we have waited all weekend to get it fixed. He DROPPED IT! He is now returning to the business to get another one!! He better be back soon or we will be leaving a message on the internet. Not happy about this. He came on Monday just to reset it. It worked once. We called back immediately and he returned today. Dropped it, and now we are still waiting. If you knew it was bad, you should have come and replaced it immediately.
