A few years back I had 2 insulated doors installed along with new openers. Everything went extremely well and the men involved with the estimate and installation were top notch. Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.

Had a garage door that was not closing correctly. Sticking, catching. Jason looked at it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. Knows what he’s doing. Good service, same day. Had a new motor and spring installed 4 years ago and had excellent service at that time, too.

Jason Steele did a great job repairing our garage door that was installed by Precision some years ago by Shane Follis. Repair was for failed automatic door lock. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called Tuesday night for an appointment and received a Wednesday mid-morning repair that Jason called that he would be on time with the needed part for repair. Great service.
