The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

Jonathan Lane was the tech. Very professional, courteous, friendly and on time. Explained what needed to be done and gave me two options for repair with no pressure. I thought the price was reasonable for the work to be done and the parts needed. Door looks brand new like it did 15+ years ago and works like a new garage door. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or replacement. They are A+ in my book.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Garage problems started Saturday and by Monday we had Jonathan out here to help. He was so knowledgeable and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his abilities. He was so professional and kind. An accident pulling out of the garage resulted in a partially opened, steel double door which was unusable. After submitting an online inquire, I received a call back within 3 minutes, and had a service call scheduled immediately to take place within 4 hours. Jonathan, the tech, arrived on time, took a close look at damage and went over all my options for repair. He did a thorough job, worked quickly, and was able to install a new (long overdue) garage door opener which he had on his truck. On Thursday May 26th our garage door opener went down. At first I thought I'd try to install it myself and go purchase one at Lowe's or Home Depot. I quickly found out that there were too many choices and I knew nothing about garage door openers let alone the time I wasted walking around stores. I called that evening scheduled an appointment. On May 27th between 11:00 and 1:00 they came out. Told me their thoughts as far as repairing or replacing. We decided to replace with a new unit as ours was 15 years old. An hour and a half later New garage door opener installed. Quieter better more options. Very happy I would definitely recommend to anyone. Our technician was very knowledgeable and nice as well. Thanks again.

My garage broke during the freeze so I went online to check k for folks that could fix it.on shrt notice. Came across Precision. 0 regrets! The quotes and options were all very fair as I researched the category a bit on the Home Depot website. Communication on what to expect and when we're are extremely accurate. Highly recommend
