Jason evaluated the issue I had with the garage door. I think Jason was very informed and professional. He presented everything to me and gave me all my options and respected my choice. He was unable to LINK the new garage with my car and said he will explore WHY with his people. I'd like to be able to open the garage with the button on my car. I was SO happy that Precision Door was able to get a technician out on the same day that I called to work on my garage door opener. Jason Steele was friendly, efficient, and did a great job on replacing the head unit, which was not working. It was under warranty, so I'm happy that I didn't have to pay to replace the unit. Jason was amazing. Thank you!

Lyle, from Precision Garage Door service did a great job for us! He explained the problem and presented options for the spring and parts replacement. He answered all my questions and also showed me how to open and close the door incase of a power outage. The process was quick but thorough. I also appreciate the advance text message with a picture of Lyle so I knew whom to expect. Thanks so much for your prompt and quality service. I will rely on you for all my garage door needs.

After the visit of your specialist, I've been informed that your delivery time for a new garage door is 20 weeks!! Waste of money ($65) and time. Such long delivery times should be declared before visit.

Considering this appointment was booked as a door repair - not a door estimate, the lead times were not discussed. Due to the global pandemic and major issues with supply chains, the extended lead times for new doors have certainty been a struggle...not only for the garage door industry, but most all industries. Called for an issue with a cable on one of our garage doors. A real person answered the call, she scheduled a service visit for the next morning, informed me of the service call fee and I had an appointment email in 10 minutes. The service tech sent a text when in route, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a frayed cable that had come off the pulleys and then informed me the work was covered under my five year warranty when Precision replaced my springs and cabling. So no service fee and problem fixed less in than 15 hours from when I called. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and considerate.

Brandon Cummings was excellent. He quickly diagnosed several problems that other repair companies had missed and fixed 2 of the 3 issues within an hour. He's coming back on Monday to fix the 3rd issue and I'm grateful I finally found a garage repair company that I can trust. I highly recommend Precision and Brandon. I called and scheduled a same day appt. too, which made it easy.

My old garage door stopped working and I went online to search for garage door repair. Precision had the most consistent high ratings and I gave them a call. John, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and discovered the opener should be replaced. I was very pleased with the replacement estimate and bought another opener for my other garage along with new rollers for both. John was able to install both right away and was finished in under three hours. I'm very satisfied and think you will be also.

These guys are awesome! They really stand behind their work. We had some springs replaced on our garage door and it works so much better than it ever did. I admit it was a little more expensive than I thought- but we had two very minor issues With other things that were completely covered. They really stand behind their work and it is very high quality. I Highly recommend these guys! Totally awesome.

Lyle did an excellent job of servicing our garage door opener. We purchased the unit 2 years ago and it started acting up this week. We were able to get a quick appointment scheduled, since the garage entrance is our main egress in and out of the home. It turns out that he had to replace the unit under warranty. We couldn't be more please with the work. Lyle was prompt, friendly, and efficient. We absolutely LOVE our garage door opener and would be lost without it, as our garage door is and older heavy wood door.
