Precision Garage Door of Nashville installed a new garage door for us today. From beginning to end the experience with this company was outstanding. The on-site estimator came out to our home the same week we contacted the company. He was on time, listened to what we wanted, and found exactly the solution we were looking for. The price was a good bit less than a highly-advertised competing firm we had also received a quote from. The delivery and install today was well within the time-window estimated at the start of the process. The two gentlemen (locals; English was their native language) who did the install were professional in every way. As far as we can tell the installation and quality of the product are excellent. The door is exactly what we ordered.

Jonathan Lane arrived at our home within 2 hours of our calling for service. He said the springs needed to be replaced and suggested that due to the age of our opener, we may want to consider replacing. We took his advice, and he had it installed and set up for us in under 2 hours. Jonathan was very courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend him as well as Precision!

Kendrick came out and gave a thorough inspection of garage opener, hinges, rollers, springs, and bottom seal. He went over everything he did with me (more than just mentioned here), and made recommendations on replacement of worn out parts. He gave me a price up front, did the work promptly and cleaned up. Everything running smooth and quiet! Kendrick was on time, professional, did great work, cleaned up, and reviewed everything done. He made sure I was 100% satisfied before payment. Tony Strickland came out to the house on a Sunday and removed two very low powered door openers that were both having problems every time we turned around and installed two more powerful openers that were the suggested by Tony. It took him all of about four hours to do the job! Finally we have been freed of the frustration of temperamental garage door openers!

I had previously used Precision for a garage door problem. When I was having problems with my garage door opener this was the only company I contacted. Jack Hodges came out very quickly, determined the problem and gave several options to solve the problem. I was fortunate the part I needed was in stock. He arranged for another appointment the following day( Saturday) was at my house the following morning and repaired the garage door opener. I was extremely pleased with this company.
