Woke up this morning to go to work(430am) and find both my garage door springs were busted. Called Precision 10 min later and they were at my house before noon. The technician(Jay Skillern) was amazing, very informative and friendly. Jay knocked the job out in no time and was back on his way to the next job. 100% would recommend them to anyone.

I called, and the phone was answered quickly by a real person. Everyone I talked to was very nice and courteous. My repair man arrived ahead of the time window. He went right to work. Finished quickly. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing. I wanted to see information on a new garage door. He had it with him, showed it to me. He was not high pressure. I ordered a new door. I thought the price was in line. He gave me options. All,together it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family! And anyone else for that matter!

I appreciate the quick response and the politeness of the operator when I called. The technician who was sent Robert Barnett was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my problem and explained thoroughly what had happened. He told me of the different options I have now and in the future to remedy this problem from happening again. Jason Steele was the tech that came out. Came on time, professional appearance, easy to talk with, explained as he went along. Found the reason for our issue (loose antenna plug) did an inspection of our door, hinges, travel bar etc. full service. Even gave a Senior discount.
