I caught my rear SUV door on the garage door this morning. I called Precision at 8:30 AM and they had a technician at my door by 10:30. 40 minutes later my door was working perfectly with new springs and all new rollers. Thank you Precision and Technician John.

I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

i called precision door;,because my garage door was making a popping sound; and not going up smoothly. Brad came by and checked out my door. i was afraid the spring may need to be repaired or replaced. Brad inspected the door; and found it was sticking to the trim; and the rollers were in bad shape. he replaced the rollers; and made a couple of adjustments; and the door was working much smoother. He arrived ahead of schedule; and done a very good job.

Easy to schedule the appointment. They sent me an email in advance with the technicians photo and name so I was aware of whom they were sending. The technician William E. Showed up at the appointed time well prepared to answer my questions and give me an accurate quote and timeline. He was up front with costs and gave me a good better best scenario with proper explanation of each. He wore a mask and kept his distance following covid protocol. Very easy to work with and listened to my needs. I have used Precision before at another house to repair a garage door opener and that's why I came back to use them again for my new house. I will continue to use them. They are a professional company with the know-how to do it. WOULD RECOMMEND AGAIN.
