Thomas was my Tech. He was extremely thorough when inspecting our garage door components. He was knowledgable and explained everything and answered any questions I had. He was also early and called first to check my schedule. I spent more than I anticipated but also got more than expected as the new motor also came with a keypad. Our garage door also is SO MUCH QUIETER and way SMOOTHER when opening and closing.

Mike Williams called me to say that he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and fixed my door as promised. I called Precision on a Saturday and they had me up and running within 3 hours of my garage door breaking. Couldn't ask for better response and service, especially on such short notice. I've had Precision at my home now on at least 3 occasions (all different) and that's because they always respond quickly and their technicians have all been EXCELLENT. Mike Williams represents Precision very well, and so have the others who have made repairs in the past.

Had a spring bust on our garage door. Did a little research and decided on Precision for the numerous positive reviews and plus there was a discount for teachers, which my wife is. The next evening they had a technician, Lyle, at my house. He arrived as I was pulling in to my driveway, right on time. He was efficient, professional, and thorough when explaining my options. Afterwards he showed me exactly what was done and explained everything. From start to finish, it was right around an hour. Very happy with my choice!

Our spring broke on a Sunday night. I called Precision and reached a person immediately. They offered to send someone out, but Monday morning worked better for me. They said a technician would arrive between 8am and 11am. He called at 8:15 and was at my house before 8:45. Our technician, Thomas, was amazing. He was patient with our dog, he was knowledgeable and efficient, he clearly explained what needed to be fixed, and he offered options to meet our price-range. He estimated the work would be done by 10:30am. We went out to check at 10:25 and he was just cleaning up. I *REALLY* appreciated Thomas and his service. He was easy to trust and did a great job repairing our door.

John, the service tech, was able to show up 2 hours ahead of schedule which worked out great. He knew the problem and readily offered a fix to repair the contractor grade spring and roll bar to a heavier duty version. Repair was done in a short period time and I could not be happier with the end result. He was friendly and knowledgeable and cared about getting it done right. Very pleased with the work and warranty.

After being left high and dry with a car stuck in the garage by another company I called Precision. After a short and efficient call with the central dispatch David called me to tell me he was on the way. He got there, fixed my springs, gave me great info about both my doors and was done within a hour and a half from my initial call. He even changed a burned out light bulb for me in my garage! Amazing, everyone I know will hear about my experience!
