A tad more expensive than expected but Merrick arranged to arrive much earlier than scheduled and completed broken spring repair quickly on a Sunday morning. To my wife's delight, since garage door now opened, I was now able to access our lawn mower. I'd love to vote Merrick down for showing up earlier than expected but that wouldn't be right. Lawn looks good though. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduling a day and time for the technician to make the service call was easily done with many options offered. The technician actually called on the day of the appointment and offered to come earlier as his prior jobs had been completed quicker than he planned. Upon arriving I advised as to the reason for my service call. The technician listened attentively and then provided insight as to what might be the problem and possible resolutions. The technician was clearly very experienced and professional in his communication. The technician quickly fixed the problem and then noted several other possible maintenance issues that I would not have noticed. The technician suggested a course of action but did not do any work until he thoroughly explained what would be done, why it should be done and the cost of doing it. The work was completed quickly and professionally with the technician reviewing the work performed and the 23 (I think) point inspection that is part of the service. I would highly recommend this company for garage door installs or service. I only wish all service providers were as professional as this one.

Our service call was warranty related, the sensor beam was not functioning properly. The technician was extremely courteous in calling to let us know he was running late from the job just ahead of ours. On a recent Sunday morning, our garage failed to open. Early Monday morning we searched the internet and found Precision's website. To our surprise, an actual person answered the phone so early in the morning at 5:30am!!! We were able to book an appt for the same day. The tech called about 40 minutes informing that he was on his way, and he even gave us his name. Service was good and courteous. No follow-up or secondary calls have been needed since initial service by Precision. Would recommend Precision.
