I was very impressed with the quickness of setting up an appointment, next day service. Josh Myatt was very professional and resolved the issue of my garage door opener (an opener we installed and was embarrassed not to know to set the limitation codes, which Josh did not make me feel dumb!!) The tech called to let me know he was running late and then called when he was on his way. I appreciate that. He suggested an upgrade to some parts but didn’t push the issue. A repair I thought wold be expensive was repaired with only a minor adjustment. Overall very pleased with the tech and the service.

Excellent service from the beginning - Bianca was friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. Lyle showed up at our place towards the beginning of the appointment window.
