Aaron was on time and quickly made the adjustment on the drive unit to lower the door so that it wouldn't reverse upon closing the door. My very old garage door was not operating very safely. Precision installed my door back in 2008 so it was time for an overhaul. I called customer service and they responded immediately. Aaron Palarello was assigned as the technician. What a blessing! Aaron was so helpful and professional to this grandmother that needed a kind soul to explain what was needed. When I asked when he could come back and install it he told me give him two hours and it will be like a new door. I love the new silent opener and the updated features even I could understand.
